Where we ship

  • Pakistan: nationwide. All major cities + most small towns.
  • International: USA and UK on selected products. Shipping cost and times shown at checkout.

Processing time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM PKT on business days are processed the same day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times (Pakistan)

  • Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 2-4 business days.
  • Other major cities: 3-5 business days.
  • Small towns and rural areas: 4-7 business days.

Delivery times (International)

  • USA: 8-14 business days.
  • UK: 7-12 business days.

Shipping costs

  • Pakistan: PKR 250 flat rate; FREE on orders over PKR 2,500.
  • International: calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across all of Pakistan. You pay only when your order arrives at your door. No advance payment required.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also track from your account page on our website.

Couriers

We ship using trusted Pakistani couriers including TCS, Leopards, M&P, and Daewoo.
