We want every Al Aziz customer to be satisfied. If you are not, here is how we make it right.

7-Day Return Window

You may return any unused product, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. The product must be in resalable condition.

How to start a return

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to [+92-XXX-XXXXXXX] with your order number and a short reason.
  2. Our team will reply with the return address and pickup instructions within 24 hours.
  3. Ship the item back. If we arranged the pickup, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.

Non-returnable items

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Items damaged by misuse.

Damaged or wrong items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost or fully refund — your choice.

Refund methods

  • COD orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa to your account within 5 business days of return receipt.
  • Card / online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
