We want every Al Aziz customer to be satisfied. If you are not, here is how we make it right.
7-Day Return Window
You may return any unused product, in its original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund minus return shipping. The product must be in resalable condition.
How to start a return
- Send a WhatsApp message to [+92-XXX-XXXXXXX] with your order number and a short reason.
- Our team will reply with the return address and pickup instructions within 24 hours.
- Ship the item back. If we arranged the pickup, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Non-returnable items
- Personal care items that have been opened or used.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Items damaged by misuse.
Damaged or wrong items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it at no cost or fully refund — your choice.
Refund methods
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa to your account within 5 business days of return receipt.
- Card / online payments: refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
